Logistics and Procurement Coordinator (m/w/d)

Vertriebsinnendienst/Einkauf/Administration

Aufgabenbereich

  • Kommerzielle Auftragsbearbeitung (Angebote, Bestellungen, Lieferungen, Rechnungsstellung)
  • Organisation des Lagerbestands
  • Bestellmanagement und deren Überwachung
  • Unterstützung in der Logistik und im Export
  • Überwachung der Lieferfristen für zentrale Komponenten der Projekte
  • Pflege von Stammdaten und administrative Tätigkeiten

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
  • Ausbildung zum Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel (m/w) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im internationalen Kontext.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP Business One oder anderen ERP-Systemen sind von Vorteil.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
