About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Amazon Logistik Dortmund GmbH. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team, ensuring that our business area always meets the demands of our customers.

A Day in the Life

As an Area Manager, you will work in different shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on ensuring safety standards are met by your team and across your entire location. You will also monitor process efficiency, with priorities including routine team management and daily operational activities.

About the Team

The Customer Fulfillment (CF) Team is a highly experienced global team that processes over 1.5 million orders daily. The team forms the foundation of our business and has helped us expand into new regions and services.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or nearing completion of a Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English and German language proficiency in both verbal and written communication
  • Relevant experience in conducting data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in communicating with various stakeholders, including colleagues and executives
  • Experience in a logistics environment
  • Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
