Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our Client Travel team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, leveraging your knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales expertise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Strategic Partnership, to drive sales growth and expand our market share.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, adapting our sales approach as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluency in German and a minimum B2 level of English proficiency.
