Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Market Manager (m/w/d) for our bio-market in the Dortmund area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team-oriented personnel management
  • Employee deployment and vacation planning
  • Induction of apprentices (m/w/d) and new employees (m/w/d)
  • Conducting inventory
  • Proper presentation and maintenance of merchandise
  • Ensuring a flawless appearance of your market
Requirements
  • Completion of a retail training program for food or several years of experience in the food retail industry, preferably with a focus on natural products
  • Interest in organic food
  • Pleasure in selling and a sense of customer needs
  • First experience in team-oriented leadership of employees (m/w/d), e.g., as shift leader (m/w/d) or day representative (m/w/d)
  • Initiative and sense of responsibility
