We also facilitate discussions regarding cost-sharing arrangements with our Audi partners, ensuring customer satisfaction even in challenging situations such as delays in the delivery of original parts and new vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage escalated customer inquiries in the premium sector, demonstrating autonomy in information gathering.
  • Exercise sound judgment to make individualized decisions tailored to each situation.
  • Act as a mediator, balancing the interests of AUDI AG, Audi partners, and customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of recurring issues in knowledge databases and develop enhancement programs aimed at improving quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the service industry within the Volkswagen Group.
  • Completion of technical or commercial training in the automotive field, with additional certifications such as Diagnostic Technician, Service Technician, or Service Advisor.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities, empathy, strong decision-making skills, and a background in conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in standard software applications, particularly MS Office, with a quick adaptability to new tools.
