Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at HELLWEG Die Profi-Bau- & Gartenmärkte. As a key member of our market team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and support to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Assist customers in implementing their projects, ensuring optimal product availability and providing valuable insights into our product categories.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to drive changes, think ahead, and ensure customer-oriented product or department presentation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate organizational skills and maintain control in hectic situations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer queries.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Ideally, you have gained initial experience in customer interaction in consultation/sales or a similar customer-oriented activity.
  • Training and Expertise: You have completed training and/or have expertise in the product categories.
  • Skills: You possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and service orientation.
  • Flexibility: You are flexible, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about a varied job.
