Customer Service Excellence Manager & Sales Specialist Non-Commodity (m/w/d)

We invite you to join our team as a Customer Service Excellence Manager & Sales Specialist Non-Commodity, contributing to the evolution of energy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering expert guidance and sales support for both Commodity and Non-Commodity offerings.
  • Serving as the primary contact for Non-Commodity solutions, including Photovoltaics, E-Mobility, and Heating.
  • Actively engaging in the sales cycle while upholding and enhancing service quality.
  • Overseeing service providers to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Contributing to the growth of service centers in the region.
  • Leading initiatives and formulating strategies to foster a positive customer journey.
  • Gathering and evaluating customer data to optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree or certification in business, sales, energy management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, process/system integrity, and project oversight.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance practices, customer service IT systems, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, dependability, and a congenial attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Proactive, open-minded, and adept with digital tools.
