Client Services Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of the Business Client Advisory Services Team, you will report directly to the Head of Business Client Advisory Services. In the role of Business Client Services Manager, you will collaborate within a global team to deliver exceptional client services to our esteemed 360T clientele. This position entails a dynamic environment with a diverse range of responsibilities, where proactivity, ownership, and accountability are paramount.
  • Deliver outstanding service to both new and existing clients
  • Efficiently manage, resolve, and fulfill all incoming client requests
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new clients utilizing our platform
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Conduct engaging client platform training sessions, both interactive and remote
  • Document, analyze, and enhance existing workflows and processes
  • Oversee various phases of projects, including product development, process implementation, regulatory compliance, and complex client setups
  • Participate in quality assurance by testing our comprehensive range of products and new features on our platform
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Legal, and IT

Candidate Profile

  • Strong academic background in a relevant field, with a university degree or equivalent (e.g., ACI dealing certificate)
  • Experience in Client Services, Middle Office, or Back Office within a Financial Institution or similar FX/Treasury company
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High level of accuracy and insight, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality service to clients
  • Ability to articulate technical terms and product information to diverse audiences, including clients and internal teams
  • Proficient in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Additional language proficiency is advantageous
  • Competent in MS Office, particularly Excel
