Your Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of the Technical Client Advisory Services Team, you will report directly to the Head of Technical Client Advisory Services. In the role of Technical Client Services Manager, you will collaborate within a global team, providing support to clients throughout their journey with 360T, serving as both first and second level support. Your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks in a dynamic environment, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients and presenting significant opportunities for professional development. Deliver exceptional service to both existing and prospective clients. Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client intermediaries. Address technical challenges or business workflow concerns during initial client interactions. Aid clients in diagnosing issues related to their underlying hardware infrastructure. Assist in identifying software bugs and collaborate with internal teams to resolve these issues. Efficiently manage the escalation process for incidents that require further attention. Investigate and resolve trading-related issues. Conduct regression testing across the full spectrum of products and features available on our platform. Support account managers and clients during the 'go live' phase, troubleshooting connectivity and technical issues with our Java-based client software. Maintain and disseminate current knowledge regarding company products and services.

Your Profile

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a computing-related discipline is preferred, although other degrees may be considered based on experience. At least 2 years of relevant experience. A solid understanding of essential IT concepts, including Java, TCP/IP, Linux/Unix, Windows, web technologies, log file analysis, and performance/connectivity troubleshooting. Experience in client services, middle office, or back office within a global markets sales and trading division, or in other FX or treasury environments. Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on detail and service orientation. Strong organizational abilities, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Proficient in communicating technical and product information to non-technical audiences. Self-driven with a proactive work ethic and a consistent high level of output. Proficient in spoken and written English.
