Bewirb Dich jetzt und werde Teil unseres Teams Deine Aufgaben: Aktive Begleitung unserer Geschäftskunden in der operativen Umsetzung & strategischen Weiterentwicklung ihres Recruiting-Prozesses mit Hilfe der XING Recruiting-Lösungen Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen im Rahmen der Kundengespräche zur Identifikation von Kunden Herausforderungen und Ausbaupotentialen Umsetzung und Optimierung spezifischer Enablement Maßnahmen mit dem Ziel der Kundenbindung Aktives Churn-Management: Durchführung von Churn Prevention Maßnahmen Einsatz geeigneter Reportings, Tools & Alerts, insbesondere zur Analyse von Kundenzufriedenheit und Aktivitätsstatistik zur Ableitung wirksamer Customer Enablement Maßnahmen Aktives Stakeholdermanagement mit internen Schnittstellen und proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Sales Teams Das bringst Du mit: Erfahrung in der B2B Kundenberatung und Feingefühl, um Deine Kund·innen auch in schwierigen Situationen effektiv zu unterstützen Hohe Eigeninitiative und technisches Verständnis Hohe Servicebereitschaft und Freude an der Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung von Kunden Für Dich als Teamplayer·in ist es ein Leichtes, Deine Ideen einzubringen und Dein Organisationstalent hilft Dir, den Überblick zu behalten CRM-Kenntnisse (z.B.
