Your Role
As a Customs Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customs clearance, providing extensive customer services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate customs clearance processes for import and export shipments
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on customs-related matters
- Develop and implement customs compliance strategies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customs clearance processes
- Stay up-to-date with changing customs regulations and laws
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international trade, logistics, or supply chain management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and German languages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
