Aufgaben

Als Teil des Compensation & Benefits Teams unterstützt Du uns dabei, State of the Art HR Lösungen und Prozesse zu entwickeln und unternehmensweit umzusetzen.

Mit Deinem Engagement leistest Du einen wertvollen Beitrag, den Arbeitsmarkt der Zukunft neu zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung einer Total-Rewards-Strategie, die auf unsere spezifischen Geschäfts- und Personalbedürfnisse abgestimmt ist.
- Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Grading- und Gehaltsbenchmarks, um sicherzustellen, dass diese mit der Vergütungsstruktur der Organisation übereinstimmen.
- Durchführung von Vergütungsanalysen und Erstellung von Vergütungsvorschlägen, inklusive der Erhebung relevanter Marktdaten und interner Vergleichsanalysen.
- Fortlaufende Beobachtung von Marktentwicklungen und -trends sowie entsprechende Beratung der Stakeholder im Unternehmen.
- Analyse von Umfragedaten sowie internen und externen Trends, um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit am Markt und die interne Gehaltsgerechtigkeit zu bewerten
- Unterstützung der jährlichen globalen Gehaltsrunde sowie des Bonus- und Anreizprozesses.

Profil

- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Beratungsumfeld oder in einer internen HR-Rolle, insbesondere im Bereich Compensation & Benefits.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten aus und leitest daraus passende Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Du verfügst über ein sicheres Auftreten auf allen Unternehmensebenen und überzeugst durch ein exzellentes Stakeholder-Management, insbesondere im Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern im Unternehmen.
- Deine interkulturelle Kompetenz erleichtert es Dir, Projekte im internationalen Kontext erfolgreich voranzutreiben.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil.
