Als Sales Team Lead mit Erfahrung (W/M/D) bist du verantwortlich für die Leitung und Motivation unseres Vertriebsteams, um unsere Mission voranzutreiben. Aufgaben
  • Leitung und Motivation des Vertriebsteams zur Erreichung der Verkaufsziele
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Kundengewinnung und -bindung
  • Analyse von Verkaufsdaten und Erstellung von Berichten zur Leistungsmessung
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Coachings für das Vertriebsteam
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team zur Optimierung von Kampagnen und Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, bevorzugt in der Gesundheits- oder Wellnessbranche
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu inspirieren
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Vertriebssoftware
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
