Als Customer Support Manager bist Du der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und damit ein wichtiges Gesicht unseres Unternehmens. Keiner kennt unser Produkt und unsere Nutzer so gut wie Du. Mit Fachwissen und überzeugender Kommunikationsfähigkeit baust Du eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu unseren Kunden auf und betreust diese bei allen Fragestellungen rund um unser Produkt. Dabei stehst Du stets im Austausch mit unseren Marketing- und Produktabteilungen, damit unser Strategie optimal den Marktbedürfnissen entspricht.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden: vom Onboarding bis zur laufenden Betreuung
  • Du koordinierst die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen mit unseren Fachabteilungen und kümmerst Dich um eine proaktive Problemlösung
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Prozesse und bringst Dein Feedback in unsere Produkteinwicklung ein
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Fachabteilung und Softwareentwicklung zusammen und sorgst für einen aktiven Austausch
Qualifikation
  • Du bist kommunikativ, verlässlich und überzeugst durch Deine positive Grundeinstellung
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung, bist fokussiert, sehr gut organisiert und brennst für Deine Tätigkeit
  • Du entwickelst eigene, kreative Lösungskompetenz für unser spannendes Produkt
  • Du bist schlagfertig und hast eine hervorragende Ausdruckweise in Schrift und Sprache
