Wir sind ein mittelständisches Unternehmen im Bereich der Medizintechnik mit Sitz in Bochum (ab April 2024 im Technologiequartier, in der Nähe der Universität) und bieten unseren Kunden in Deutschland und weltweit innovative Lebensrettungslösungen vom Weltmarktführer PHILIPS an.
Aufgaben- Leitung und Koordination von Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele und -strategien.
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
- Definition, Standardisierung und Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen.
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der operativen Leistungsfähigkeit und Effektivität.
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten zur Bewertung von Projektfortschritten und Ergebnissen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem COO und anderen Abteilungsleitern zur Abstimmung von Zielen und Ressourcen.
- Steuerung von Stakeholderbeziehungen und Sicherstellung einer transparenten Kommunikation.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik oder einer verwandten Disziplin.
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operations Management oder vergleichbare Positionen, idealerweise in einem technologieorientierten Unternehmen.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen und zu durchdringen.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Projekten.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens zu pflegen.
- Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, proaktiv Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
