**Head of Strategy (w/m/d) in Berlin oder Köln**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Leitung des Strategieteams auf fachlicher und personeller Ebene.
- Ressourcenplanung für Strategie-Projekte inkl. Management von Freelancern.
- Planung der Team-Entwicklung und Prozess-Strukturierung.
- Erste Kontaktperson für alle Empfehlungen zu strategischen Entscheidungen unserer Kunden.
- Erarbeitung umfassender Content
- und Social Media Strategien (Pitch & Bestandskunden) auf strategischer als auch kreativer Basis.
- Identifikation von neuen Wachstumsmärkten und Wachstumsmöglichkeiten für uns und unsere Kunden.
- Erstellung von Projekt
- und Marketingplänen
- Erstellung von Reportings anhand vorhandener Dashboards inklusive strategischer Ableitungen.
- Analyse von Branchentrends und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen anhand von Zahlen, Daten, Fakten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Analytics Teams.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von analytischen und/oder strategischen Produkten zur Erweiterung des Produktportfolios.

**Dein Profil**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von (Social-Media & Content) Strategien und Kampagnen für Kunden
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Koordination von Projekten
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der aktuellen Trends in der Social Media Landschaft und Fähigkeit, diese in die Strategie unserer Kunden zu integrieren.
- Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis für die kommunikativen Herausforderungen von Marken in unterschiedlichen Branchen.
- Kreatives Denkvermögen und Fähigkeit, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln, die den Erwartungen unserer Kunden entsprechen
- Konzeptionelles Verständnis und die Fähigkeit komplexe Themengebiete auf Kernaussagen herunterzubrechen
- Sicheres Auftreten in Kundenpräsentationen
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeit, Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden und internen Stakeholdern aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
- Verständnis für die Herausforderung der Zusammenarbeit in cross-disziplinären Teams.
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Kenntnisse mit den gängigen MS-Office Programme.
