Overview:

The Head of Product Strategy at AVIV Group is tasked with steering the Product Management division within the Connect sector. This position entails formulating and supervising the implementation of the Product strategy in partnership with design and engineering teams. The primary responsibilities encompass:

  • Translating organizational goals into strategic initiatives and a concrete action plan
  • Establishing clear prioritization and performance indicators at the initiative level
  • Providing ongoing support to product teams with new competencies and industry best practices
  • Attracting and nurturing a team of Product Managers
  • Overseeing the Connect sector on a daily basis and fostering relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Proven leader with over 7 years of experience in product management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product management methodologies
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with an emphasis on process enhancement
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages such as French, German, or Dutch are advantageous)
  • Adoption of Lean and Agile principles
