Head of Product Strategy

Head of Product Strategy - Immowelt Hamburg GmbH (M/W/D)
Join a prominent player in the real estate technology sector, committed to assisting individuals in their quest for the ideal residence. Become a vital part of our team, collaborating with esteemed digital real estate brands throughout Europe.
Position Summary:
- Oversee the Connect division, concentrating on guiding home seekers through comprehensive property insights, improving interactions between seekers and property owners/agents, delivering valuable content about localities, and aiding seekers with financial options and connections to lending partners.
- Convert organizational goals into a strategic framework, establish clear priorities and performance indicators, and define success metrics at the division level.
- Guide and nurture product teams, apply best practices in product management, and assist teams in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Recruit and cultivate a team of Product Managers, advocate for product methodologies across the organization, and promote collaboration across teams.
- Establish connections with essential stakeholders, serve as a primary liaison between the Product division and global stakeholders, and identify and address operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, team leadership, and strategic development.
- Thorough knowledge of product management principles, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency in navigating uncertainties.
- Experience in mentoring product managers, fostering collaboration, and embracing innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages such as French, German, or Dutch are advantageous), with a lean and Agile approach.
