**Your tasks**:

- Organizing of international management meetings as well as meetings with managers from countries and regions and customers
- Scheduling Annual Calendar for all relevant meetings for the Board Member Air/Ocean
- Internal and external communication / correspondence on international level / support of the Board Member’s social media account
- Collaboration with our Shareholder, Board Offices and direct reports
- Travel planning, coordination and expense claim
- Responsible coordination of the Board Member Air/Ocean schedule (preparation and wrap-up of meetings, room booking, catering)
- Incoming invoice handling and monitoring
- Quality gate for any documentation
- Coordination and preparation of presentations for meetings
- Pre
- and post-meeting preparation, task control in connection with adherence to the schedule

**Your profile**:

- You graduated your studies or finished your commercial apprenticeship with distinction
- You have gained working experience, ideally with an international logistics service provider
- You have excellent communication skills and are an organizing talent
- You are flexible, highly motivated and service-oriented combined with problem-solving competence
- Your strengths include independent working as well as a strong teamwork ability
- You are structured and thorough in your approach to work
- You are fluent in German and English, further languages are advantageous
- You are experienced in working with MS Office, MS Sharepoint, MS OneNote
