Über diese Rolle

Als Sales Agent / Account Executive bist Du der zentrale Ansprechpartner für neue Kunden, die mit fyrfeed ihre Contentstrategie revolutionieren wollen. Das bedeutet: Du führst Demo-Calls mit Inbound-Leads durch und zeigst Ihnen die fyrfeed-Plattform. Dabei besprichst du ihre Anforderungen und begeisterst sie davon, dass sie mit fyrfeed eine Menge Zeit und Geld sparen können, um eine starke Contentstrategie aufzubauen. Wir unterstützen Dich dabei, Deine Vertriebsskills zu perfektionieren und zum Demo-Call-Experten aufzusteigen. Durch einen starken variablen Anteil liegen Deine Verdienstmöglichkeiten im 6-stelligen Bereich. Die Rolle enthält eine steile Lernkurve und gibt Dir die Möglichkeit, fyrfeed dabei zu begleiten, zur größten Contentplattform der Welt zu werden.

Aufgaben
- Durchführen von Video-Demo-Calls mit warmen Inbound-Leads, mit denen wir Dich kontinuierlich versorgen
- Du erklärst die Vorteile der fyrfeed-Plattform und nimmst die Themenwünsche des Kunden entgegen
- Du verschickst nach jedem Gespräch einen Buchungslink und hakst bei solchen Kunden, die noch nicht gebucht haben, proaktiv nach

Qualifikation
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Sales (3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung), insbesondere im Bereich Inbound, idealerweise in einem Startup, Callcenter oder Agentur
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
- Zug zum Abschluss: Du bist motiviert, so viele Leads wie möglich in Kunden zu verwandeln und gehst gerne die Extramile, wenn Du dadurch Deine Abschlussrate erhöhen kannst
- Verkaufs
- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denkvermögen mit Spaß an der Beratung von anspruchsvollen Kunden
- Stabiles Internet und Videocall-fähige Umgebung (wir stellen Dir Macbook/Windows-Laptop & Headset & Camera)
- fließende Deutschkenntnisse (verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus)
