**Your tasks**:

- We are looking for a self-motivated, assertive, accountable Personal Assistant with a can do attitude who thrives in a fast paced environment with a lot of moving parts. You should be an outside-the-box thinker and problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve processes and systems.- In your role as Personal Assistant to the EVP Land Transport System Operations, you manage all the administrative operations to ensure the highest level of effectiveness. You will interact with colleagues around the European Land Transport community, your peers within the RHO, partners and other Senior Management assistants.- Manage independently all administrative tasks around the EVP Head of System Operations, Region Europe
- Manage the daily agenda including travel planning, travel management and expense handling of the EVP Head of System Operations
- Organize international management meetings and events as well as meetings with European country
- / cluster management
- First point of contact for internal and external communication on national and international level
- Collaboration with all stakeholders (internal and external) in day-to-day operations, as well as the Assistants to the CEO and European Board members
- Setup and layout of monthly newsletter
- Maintenance of intranet presence
- Prepare internal and external presentations
- Develop / run evaluations / analysis'
- Review and monitoring of incoming invoices
- Support in finance topics
- Possible: project-based assignments
- Possible support of three direct reports from the EVP in their daily planning

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in senior management assistance incl. meeting coordination
- You work with MS Office, MS Teams, Power BI on a daily basis
- You like to work in an international team
- You are flexible, highly motivated and service oriented
- You have strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- You are an organizing talent
- You are fluent in English and German, additional language(s) advantageous
- Experience in international logistics / freight forwarding service provider desirable but not essential**Our offer**:
