Ihre Aufgaben:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams im Bereich Electronic Engineering
- Koordination der Projekte im Bereich Elektronik mit dem Management und Kunden
- Umsetzung der Kundenspezifikationen im Team
- Leitung von Team-Meetings
- Kapazitätsplanung und Terminverfolgung bei Neuentwicklungen
- Auswahl von Kaufteilen und enge Kooperation mit Einkauf
- Unterstützung von Service und Vertrieb
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsbereichen mechanische Konstruktion und Software
- Pflege der Qualifikationsmatrix und Einleitung notwendiger Schulungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur Techniker*in, Meister*in oder Ingenieur*in
- Kenntnisse in der modernen Automatisierungstechnik und Feldbussystemen sowie den geltenden Normen
- Kenntnisse in EPLAN P8
- SAP-Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicheres Auftreten intern als auch extern
- Reisebereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit
- Analytisches, systematisches und innovatives Denken
- Kenntnisse in Personalführung
