**Group Leader Electronic / Mechatronic (M/F/d)**:
**Your tasks**:
- Responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of a medium-sized team in electronic assembly
- Monitoring of strategic and organisational goals such as personnel and holiday planning, overtime or weekend work, further development of your team including safety instructions
- Ensuring day-to-day operations as well as project-related planning, organisation and monitoring of assembly
- Completing the assembly modules on time and to the required quality together with your team and the downstream departments
- Commissioning & testing of functional assemblies
- Creation of work and process instructions, reports, documentation, technical guidance for your employees and support for your superiors
**Your profile**:
- Successfully completed master craftsman training in an electronics or mechatronics profession
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional experience, ideally in mechanical engineering or automation technology
- Goal-orientated, cooperative management style as well as the ability to motivate and delegate
- Communication at eye level with your employees as well as with your supervisor
- MS Office skills
- SAP knowledge would be desirable
