Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, die Anzahl der Geschäftsaktivitäten von SENA für den Motorradmarkt, wie z. B. Kontoerstellung, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit bestehenden Kunden, zu steigern und den Markt für das Industriesegment zu entwickeln

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Durchführung von Marktforschung zur Ermittlung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Kundenkontakte
- Analyse von Daten und Erstellung von Berichten zur Ermittlung von Geschäftswachstumsbereichen
- Durchführung und Pflege von Marktumfragen (Konkurrenten, neue Vorschriften etc.)
- Entwicklung neuer Interessenten und Interaktion mit bestehenden Kunden, um den Umsatz der Produkte und/oder Dienstleistungen eines Unternehmens zu steigern. Arbeitet mit Kunden zusammen, um herauszufinden, was sie suchen, Lösungen zu entwickeln und einen reibungslosen Verkauf sicherzustellen
- Sicherstellung einer regelmäßigen wöchentlichen Berichterstattung an den Vertriebsleiter
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsleiter DACH für das Motorradsegment
- Erstellung von Berichten für den Vertriebs
- und Marketingleiter und das Topmanagement
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem EU-Tech-Center zur Nachverfolgung von Eigenmarkenprojekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams wie Marketing
- und Buchhaltungsmitgliedern bei verschiedenen Aufgaben
- Aktive Teilnahme und Mitleitung verschiedener Veranstaltungen in Europa
- Bis zu 30 % Reisetätigkeit, um alle Anbieter zu besuchen

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Expertenwissen in einer der folgenden Branchen: Motorrad oder Industrie
- 4+ Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder 6+ Jahre in einer Vertriebsposition
- Bachelor-Abschluss
- Nachgewiesener Erfolg im Account Management
- Starke Detailgenauigkeit
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Kompetenter Umgang mit IT-Tools (Office-Suite, Apple-Produkte, CRM-/ERP-Systeme)
- Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch; eine dritte Sprache könnte von Vorteil sein
- Reisebereitschaft nach Bedarf
- Engagierter, selbstmotivierter und proaktiver Teamplayer
- Fähigkeit, effektiv als Teammitglied zu arbeiten und einen positiven Einfluss auf andere auszuüben
