**Application Support Specialist (m/w/d) Industry & Health Solutions**

**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Du betreust unsere Kunden bei Fragen rund um unsere webbasierten Plattform-Produkte (Cloud/On-Premise).
- Im Rahmen des 1st
- und 2nd-Level Supports analysierst und löst Du Softwareprobleme mit Deinem Team - bei Bedarf auch mit unserer Entwicklung.
- Die technische Projektumsetzung, bis hin zur Implementierung in die IT-Infrastruktur des Kunden, liegt in Deinen Händen.
**DEIN PROFIL**
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich absolviert.
- Du bist routiniert im Online-Support mit TeamViewer, Remote Desktop und VPN.
- Shell-Scripte kannst Du sicher erstellen und optimieren.
- Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrungen mit Windows Server/ Ubuntu, Docker sowie Elasticsearch.
- Auch Aufgaben aus dem DevOps-Bereich haben dich schon immer gereizt.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Freude an Teamarbeit zeichnen Dich aus.
- Neben fließenden Deutschkenntnissen bringst Du gutes Englisch mit.
