**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Participate in a multi-disciplinary and collaborative research project
- Planning and execution of experiments
- Perform proteomic experiments using a high-end mass spectrometric infrastructure, aimed to determine protein expression, interaction and post-translational modifications
- Perform data analysis
- Present data in group meetings and at conferences
- Documentation of results in publications and in a PhD thesis

**Ihr Profil**:

- Master's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry or similar
- Hands-on experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics (experimental and data analysis)
- Experience in cell culture
- Knowledge of cancer biology
- Experience in bioinformatic analyses (e.g. R or similar) is a distinct advantage
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration
- Pro-active attitude
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective oral and written communication skills
