Tasks
- Work closely with Founders to continue optimizing the sales process for our market.
- Become a strategic partner to our sales team, working together to test sales messaging, refine our value proposition, and execute our go-to-market strategy.
- Grow far beyond the “standard BD” role by being involved in projects to help scale the sales/marketing team.
- Leverage byways' powerful network to establish relationships with new customers.
- Master our CRM system to analyze your own performance through activity and metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Hunger for growing and learning. Ideal for students.
- Fluent in the German and English languages.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Traits of a self-starter and result-oriented personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Take the initiative and work autonomously with minimum guidance.
