**Job Description: Sales Executive (Freight Sales) - Frankfurt, Germany**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the air and ocean freight sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide timely and accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in freight sales, preferably within the same industry (freight and logistics).
- Strong knowledge of air and ocean freight products and services.
- Fluent in German (both verbal and written) to effectively engage with German-speaking clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
