Customer Service Representative

**Tasks**:
- Handle customer enquiries and requests and respond to them according to need and situation.
- Communicate with customers via different channels (e.g. phone, mail or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Dealing with the customer's various concerns regarding their social media account, marketing measures and their advertising effectiveness and offering them the right solution.
- Provide individual product advice that not only generates orders, but also fulfills the real needs of our customers.
- Once the customer is happy, document the interaction in the customer database.
**Profile**:
- Are proficient or bilingual in French or Italian or German in speech and writing.
- Also have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Are service-orientated and communicative and are able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner.
- Are interested in social media, online media or digital marketing.
- Can flexibly cover the service hours (Monday - Saturday from 08:00 - 23:00), which are staffed using a rotating multi-shift system.
- Are confident in using a PC.
- Are a German resident. Unfortunately, applicants from Saxony, Hessen, Saarland and Hamburg cannot be considered..
- Can fulfil the requirements for a remote workplace.
- Are willing to continuously expand your skills.
Ideally you already have:
- Experience in customer service
**Benefits**:
- A recognised qualification and experience in customer service support.
- We offer you **100% remote** work from your first day of work. You will receive the necessary hardware by post.
- Join us **full-time or part-time** (from 35 hours/week). Most weekends are off and are all yours
- Depending on the area of work, the salary can be made of a fixed and a variable component You can expect **up to €2,500 gross**.
- With up to **25 vacation days** and a flexible working time account, both short and long breaks are possible.
- You start with a **7-week (full-time) training** course run by certified trainers.
- You **don't need any previous experience**. We will provide you with a mentor to support you right from the start.
- In addition, you will receive regular **coaching, fresh-ups and development training**, which will also be of benefit to your personal development.
