Customer Service Representative for Tobacco Products

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Greece. As a representative of Imperial Brands Hellas, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer experience for the brand's new products.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, chats, social media, and email communications with customers or individuals interested in learning more about our new products.
You will also resolve customer inquiries, provide support on technical issues, and offer product information to customers. Additionally, you will guide customers through purchases via the online store and stay up-to-date on new products, marketing initiatives, and policy/regulatory changes.
What We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive monthly salary of approximately 38€, plus two additional salaries per year. We also offer complete relocation support, including all costs associated with moving to Greece. Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of German (both verbal and written)
- Good English language skills
- Computer literacy (MS Windows, Internet applications, etc.)
- A positive mindset and pleasant personality
- Willingness to train and learn new skills, integrity, and passion for learning
- Accountability when handling sensitive information
- Previous working experience in a similar customer service position will be considered as an advantage
