Teleperformance Greece is a leading customer experience company, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled German language customer service representative to join our team in Thessaloniki. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent language skills in German, with a strong focus on grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. You will also possess good knowledge of the English language, with a minimum B2 level. Additionally, you should have great communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills, to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Competitive salary: €25,000 per year

Job Description

As a German language customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing solutions to customer inquiries and issues related to streaming services
  • Assisting customers with technical issues, such as troubleshooting and navigation

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive prompt and effective support, resulting in high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of English language (B2+ level)
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and technical savviness
  • Previous experience in customer support is an asset
