As an **Academy Lead **at Yokoy, you will play a pivotal role in crafting comprehensive onboarding content, managing certification programs, and providing ongoing support to ensure our partners deliver exceptional results to our clients. We are a product-driven company, and a visionary best-in-class product is the key to our customers’ success. The Academy plays an instrumental role for our continuous growth by ensuring our end customers and partners are empowered to effectively use our product to achieve business impact.

**‍\uD83D\uDCBB What you’ll do**:

- **Academy Strategy Oversight**:

- Collaborate closely with the other Academy team members to ensure Partner & Customer enablement efforts are aligned.
- Gather insights from frontline teams to inform overall Academy enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
- ** Partner Onboarding Content Creation**:

- Develop high-quality training materials, documentation, and resources to facilitate the seamless onboarding of new implementation partners.
- This includes instructional guides, video tutorials, best practice documents, and other relevant resources tailored to partner roles and responsibilities.
- ** Certification Program Management**:

- Design and manage a structured certification program for partners, focusing on product knowledge, technical proficiency, and best practices.
- Develop certification exams, training modules, and assessment criteria to validate partner expertise and ensure consistent standards across the partner network.
- Design the program to eventually scale to our customer base at cost.
- ** Re-Certification Process**:

- Implement a robust re-certification process to ensure partners maintain proficiency and stay up to date with product enhancements and industry trends.
- Monitor certification expiration dates, provide timely reminders, and facilitate ongoing training opportunities to support partner skill development and retention.
- Design the program to eventually scale to our customer base.
- ** Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Academy enablement initiatives.
- Generate regular reports and insights to share with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
- ** Partner Success Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with our Partner Success & Partner Enablement teams to organise webinars to educate partners on new features, updates, and advanced functionalities of our products.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Product Documentation and Marketing to align enablement efforts with broader business objectives and ensure content delivery in both English and German.
- **️ What you’ll need**:

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- You have 5-10 years' experience in partner enablement, training, or education roles within the technology or SaaS industry.
- You have a strong understanding of fintech products, solutions, and industry trends.
- You are an excellent communicator and presenter, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner; you have experience in conducting live trainings.
- You enjoy developing training materials, documentation, and e-learning content.
- You are proficient in learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and virtual training platforms.
- You are passionate about programme and/or project management with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- You have a proven track record of driving measurable impact and delivering value to partners and stakeholders.
- You are fluent in** English **and **German**; other languages are a plus.
