**What do we do?**
Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. - As the Academy Working Student (M/F/d) you coordinate, administer, and optimise the Thinkproject Academy offering. You ensure compliance with relevant requirements and facilitate a good interface between the Academy and other departments.

- Contract: Permanent**What your day will look like**:
- Administrate and maintain the Thinkproject Academy platform (account maintenance, themes, settings, tickets, information, forum, updates etc.)
- Overview, planning and coordination of review assignment of internal and external content
- Overview and collaboration with Product Marketing for customer facing academy material (brochures, landing page, quote templates etc.)
- Reporting internal completion measure according to legal regulations (Collaboration with L&C)
- Onboarding and maintaining of Customer and all end users to the Academy platform.
- Administrate and maintain audit relevant documentation in and for OneTrust
- Visualize and document processes of the Academy platform
- Creation and maintenance of the Academy Helpdesk in Zendesk
- Support in projects for the further development of the Academy structure
**What you need to fulfill the role**:
- You have already had experience working as a working student
- You are familiar with MS Office, are business-fluent in German and English
- You speak fluent English. German and French language skills are a plus
