**About us**:
**Your mission**:
In this role, you will lead and take full ownership of the conceptualization, development, and operation of the first Graduate Academy Training Program at the appliedAI Institute, aimed at external organizations. This Program will equip students and workers with the needed skills to pursue their careers in AI in diverse businesses across Europe, as well as establish a network of AI professionals. In this way, you will create an academy program that empowers both businesses and talents to leverage AI in their working practices and professional development.
- Drive the development of new educational training programmes, from concept to implementation.
- Interact with companies across Germany to fulfil our mission to empower Europe in AI.
- Manage a team of education and AI experts.
- Work with partner foundations to propose and execute projects for public good.
- Continuously develop top-notch content as part of a team

**Your profile**:

- Solid experience in education, or the technology industry with a focus on artificial intelligence, data science, and/or cloud computing
- Proven track record or strong interest in developing and managing educational/training projects
- MS / Ph.D. - preferred with a focus on education, business, technology/information systems or data science/machine learning
- An understanding of AI and its effect on the world of business/industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
- Strong experience in project and client management
- Experience in management and development of people
- Fluent English and conversational German
