**Job Summary**

beinhaltet die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter aus dem Bereich ETO Manufacturing. Außerdem verantworten Sie die Produktion hinsichtlich Termineinhaltung, Arbeitsorganisation und Fertigungstechnik. Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:
**Responsibilities**
- Eigenverantwortliche Personaleinsatzplanung, orientiert an den formulierten Produktionszielen sowie die entsprechende Anweisung gegenüber den Mitarbeitern.
- Gewährleistung der termingerechten Lieferung in der erforderlichen Qualität zu den geplanten Kosten durch den gezielten Einsatz von Maschinen, Material und Betriebsmitteln nach den Kriterien der Wirtschaftlichkeit. Dies beinhaltet auch das Umdisponieren des Arbeitsablaufs und der Arbeitsmittel bei Störungen und Engpässen.
- Detaillierte Planung der einzelnen Gewerke und eine detaillierte Koordination der Arbeits-schritte innerhalb der Produktion sowie mit den externen Dienstleistern.
- Technische Klärung mit anderen Abteilungen bezüglich der Umsetzung von Fertigungs-aufträgen.
- Terminabsprache mit den beteiligten Abteilungen, sowie ggf. mit Kunden.
- Enge Kommunikation mit Engineering / Konstruktion bezüglich Arbeitsfortschritt, Kosten-entwicklung und Liefertermin
- Unterstützung der Fertigungsleitung
- Ermittlung von Einsparungspotenziale / KVP / i2V
- Verantwortung für die Nachbestellung der Werkzeuge, Hilfsmaterialien und Hilfsstoffe in diesem Bereich.
- Kostenabschätzung / Machbarkeitsabschätzung für die Angebotserstellung (Vorkalkulation / Vertriebsunterstützung).
- Soll
- / Ist-Vergleiche von Fertigungsaufträgen.
- Interne Abstimmung mit den am Fertigungsprozess beteiligten Abteilungen.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik mit Erfahrung im Bereich Fertigungsplanung im Anlagenbau / der Einzelteilfertigung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Techniker/Meister) mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Anlagenbau / Einzelteilfertigung ist Voraussetzung.
- Zusatzqualifikation SFM / SFI (Schweißfachmann/Schweißfachingenieur) ist wünschenswert.
- Kenntnisse im Anlagenbau sind wünschenswert

- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung.
