As ”Vice President Central Manufacturing Engineering” (f/m/div)*, you will lead and develop a world-class team to deliver manufacturing productivity, increase profitability, and reliability across all Front End (FE) Fabs of Infineon.

As "Vice President Central Manufacturing Engineering” (f/m/div)* you will be responsible for developing and deploying a standardized global operational model for Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering/CME, Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing Execution with the goal of driving and implementing a lean, output-oriented, and efficient organization to achieve best-in-class manufacturing performance.

You will build strong relationships and partnerships with the Front End Board, including Finance and Operations leaders, to advance Manufacturing Excellence. You will perform maturity assessments to identify and implement process standards and improvements on global level and in targeted manufacturing sites.

In your new role you will:

- Be an engaged **people leader **and demonstrate leadership in site operations management, engineering, quality, and operational excellence
- **Provide high standards, best practices, and governance **to our site leadership teams
- **Be accountable for the performance **for the FE cluster with strategically focus on sites across the regions Europe, US and Asia
- Deliver **manufacturing productivity, output increase, sustainability, costs **, and other operational targets
- Adapt and execute **functional business plans **and contribute to the **development of functional strategies**:

- **Partner with stakeholders **like Digital Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and others to support systematic enhancements and best practice sharing

As "Vice President Central Manufacturing Engineering” (f/m/div)* you translate the strategy into ambitious goals and make sure that it becomes a binding guideline for people’s actions. In addition, you are aware of the strengths, needs for development, and motivational drivers of your people and deploy them according to their competences within your team. You recognize and seize potential for improving efficiency with dedication.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Achieved a **Master’s university degree**:

- At least **15 years’ experience in semiconductor operations management **such as manufacturing, production, operational and/or manufacturing excellence
- 10 years’ experience in Lean Six Sigma, Operational Performance Improvements, transformation projects, business process improvements, factory physics
- Deep understanding of **factory automation and digitization**:

- Experience in deploying **daily management processes for factory performance management**:

- **Business fluent English and German skills**
