**Supervisor Manufacturing (m/w/d) / Teamleiter Fertigung (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie tragen eine verantwortliche Rolle bei der Personal-, Investitions
- und Kostenplanung, sind für die Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsmethoden zuständig und optimieren die Abläufe in der Produktion.
- Sie gewährleisten die Sicherstellung der Produktionsziele hinsichtlich Produktivität, Qualität, Kosten und Zeit, zur Erfüllung unserer Lieferverpflichtungen.
- Dazu führen Sie das tägliche Shopfloor Management in Ihrem Bereich und nehmen an den Werks-Shopfloor-Runden teil.
- Darüber hinaus treiben Sie die Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Technologien an und unterstützen die Implementierung neuer Technologien.
- Als Mitglied des Werksmanagementteams arbeiten Sie aktiv an der Werksvision sowie der Umsetzung der Werksziele mit.
- Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, wie bspw. dem Engineering, der Logistik, der Montage, dem Qualitätsmanagement und der Instandhaltung, bildet einen wichtigen Kern Ihrer Tätigkeit.
- Ebenso sind Sie für die Einhaltung des Arbeitsschutzes, auf Grundlage der aktuellen Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und gesetzlichen Regelungen, verantwortlich.
- Die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter, die einen weiteren wichtigen Faktor dieser Tätigkeit bildet, rundet Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.

**Ihr Profil**
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (bspw. Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder Produktionsmanagement) oder verfügen über einen Meister oder Techniker in den entsprechenden Fachgebieten.
- Mehrjährige Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung in einer relevanten Industrie (ggf. im Mehrschichtbetrieb).
- Kenntnisse im Lean-Management wie z. B. 5S-Methode, KVP, Wertstromanalysen und -design.
- Gute ERP-, MES-, PPS- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
- Wirtschaftliches und analytisches Denken und Handeln, sowie einen ausgeprägten Qualitätsanspruch.
- Kenntnisse im Arbeits
- und Gesundheitsschutz.
- Führungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Fokus auf der Mitarbeiterentwicklung.
- Eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, mit Hands-on-Mentalität sowie sehr guten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
