Als Operations Supervisor sind Sie für die Personaleinteilung und die Organisation des reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs eines bestimmten Bereiches zuständig. Neben statistischen Erhebungen, Erkennen und Weiterleiten von Verbesserungsvorschlägen ist die Kommunikation zu Mitarbeitern, Vorgesetzten und den anderen Abteilungen ein wichtiger Teil Ihrer täglichen Arbeit. Als Gruppenleiter sind Sie vor allem Vorbild für Ihre Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich fachlicher Kenntnisse, sozialem Verhalten, Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Arbeitssicherheit und -qualität.
**Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst**:
- fachliche Führung eines Teams von Mitarbeitern
- Motivation und Kontrolle der Mitarbeiter unter Berücksichtigung unternehmerischer Ziele
- ständige Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung des Produktionsablaufs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten
- konstruktive Umsetzung der geplanten Produktion unter Ausschöpfung der höchst möglichen Qualität und Quantität
- Mitarbeit in der eigenen Abteilung im Schichtbetrieb
