- Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Marken wie _federiko_ oder _Das Produkt_
- Kundensupport via E-Mail und Telefon
- Optimierung von Supportprozessen
- Abwicklung von Retouren
- Reporting und Monitoring unserer Customer Support KPIs

- Du hast selbst Ideen und Impulse und bringst diese gerne mit ein
