As Team Lead / Head of Customer Engagement & CRM, you will be key for the next phase of our growth story taking full ownership of the department and reporting directly to founders. Be a pivotal driver to JOIN’s international hypergrowth and become part of our success story as a Team Lead / Head of Customer Engagement & CRM
Tasks
- Take ownership of our Customer Engagement and CRM strategy and operations
- Lead, grow, develop, and inspire the Customer Engagement team
- Build an environment for a high performing team and identify and attract the best talent
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to develop Customer Engagement strategies that maximize customer activation and retention
- Implement regular data-driven experiments to gain actionable insights into customer behavior and deduce outstanding and measurable growth and retention campaigns
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer base and spread this knowledge in our company
- Become a champion of data-driven Customer Engagement practices within the business
- Foster strong collaboration across departments to develop and drive complex and automated campaigns which use insights from across the company
**Requirements**:
- You have several years of experience in leading key business areas and teams
- You still feel the strong urge to work hands-on, take ownership and have an impact
- You have a successful track record in Customer Engagement, CRM, customer marketing, or the customer communications space, ideally in a B2B environment
- You are familiar with working conceptssuch as of lead nurturing, lead scoring, touchpoint matrixes, customer lifecycle migrations
- You have experience in html, css, and ideally first experience in python and sql
- You are keen to immerse and expand our industry leading tool ecosystem including Customer. io, Segment.io, other Twilio tools, Appcues, Mandrill, Mailjet, Front, Intercom, Pipedrive and more
- Ideally, you combine strong analytical skills, deep technical understanding, and a creative and expirmental mindset
- You have good German and English skills and love to work in multicultural organizations
