Für unseren namhaften Kunden in Biberach suchen wir ab sofort, im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, einen Documentation Management Assistant Toxicology (m/w/d) in TZ (80%)oder VZ.

**Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung**
- Organisation, Koordination und Bearbeitung der im Dokumentationsmanagement anfallenden Aufgaben
- Überwachen und Abstimmen von Prozessen im Verantwortungsbereich und verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Compliance in den entsprechenden Prozessen. Ermöglichung von effzienten Arbeitsabläufen in Projekten.
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Fragestellungen mit Bezug auf das Documentation Management, zeitgerechte und regelkonforme Berichtsbearbeitung und Archivierung von GLP
- Monitoring, Konzipierung und Koordination der vorliegenden diversen Template
- Landschaft und eigenständige Erstellung, Verbesserung und Überarbeitung einschließlich der Erstellung und Pflege von Manuals
- Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern
- Administrative Abarbeitung anfallender fachspezifischen Tätigkeiten

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische/ naturwissenschaftliche Berufsausbildung oder Ausbildung zum Med. Dokumentar (m/w/d) mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Dokumentations
- Management
- Mehrjährige Expertise in den entsprechenden Prozessen und Systemen im Verantwortungsbereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Word, Outlook und Adobe Acrobat
- Kenntnisse und Verständnis für Qualitätsmanagement in CLP
- Selbstorganisation sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
