As a Sales Operations Lead for the United Kingdom and Ireland (UK&I), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales success. You will ensure the vitality of our sales pipeline, provide insightful analytics, and support the sales process. Your expertise will guide our month-end and quarter-end deal closures, contributing to the overall health and acceleration of our sales operations. Together we do what matters.

ss - Proficient in data analysis with keen attention to detail - Skilled in presenting data with actionable insights - Strong interpersonal skills to support sales teams - Proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint - Experience working with offshore teams

What you'll do
: - Manage sales forecasting and maintain pipeline health - Deliver proactive pipeline analytics to sales leaders - Ensure pipeline accuracy and velocity - Support the sales process and coordinate deal closures - Monitor deal review status and provide follow-up - Analyze and report on sales KPIs and cost of sales - Forecast sales to revenue conversion
