The role of the Development Lead, Associate Director, is to manage, coordinate and guide the culture transformation within MSD Germany. You strategically guide and enable the Development Team to drive the culture transformation based on our evolved ways of working and values. Further, you ensure that the Development Team is empowered to raise cultural awareness and intensify leadership collaboration to evolve our constructive leadership style. Your goal is to ensure that employees on all levels are empowered, enabled, and motivated to join our evolved ways of working and culture transformation journey.

The Strategy Office Development Lead reports directly into the Learning & Transformation Lead. You deal with the diverse and complex challenges of the culture transformation and change management on all MSD Germany employee levels with your whole Learning & Transformation team. Jointly with your development team, you will ensure that the leadership team acts as role model and employees embrace the company’s values within their daily routines.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree and trainer, coaching certificates preferred
Excellent communication skills and passion to tailor messages and style to various audiences
Excellent culture transformation and development expertise required to drive/ improve change journey
Excellent leadership coaching and development understanding and expertise
Very high innovation & technology affinity required to be the cultural guide and develop a state-of-the-art employee culture transformation experience for our company
Team player, strong constructive and integrative leadership style
Very experience in working in a cross-functional and cross-cultural setup
Excellent presentation, coaching and collaboration skills
Very strong project management skills
Very strong analytical skills
Very strong ability for innovative, outside-the-box and long-term thinking
Fluency in German and English is required
Complete Covid-19 vaccination is required. (- 20a IfSG)
