**Job Description**:
We are looking for an individual with a high operational command of prospecting and understanding of pipeline generation who is detail-oriented, has a creative mindset, a high proficiency with written communication and a good understanding of SDR/Marketing/Sales collaboration.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Sales Development** CAMPAIGNS EXECUTION LIAISON**
- Be the single liaison for cross-functional teams to collaborate on SDR campaign and execution
- Collaborate with demand marketing, field marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, take-off teams, sales, sales operations and SDR leaders on campaign requests
- Manage the SDR outbound campaign calendar, prioritisation of campaigns and updates to stakeholders
- Partner with the SDR Leadership team on alignment and deliverables
- Work closely with the SDR Ops Analysts to ensure campaigns and messaging are targeted at the right personas/accounts and track results on campaign conversion
- Ensure correct sequences are associated with all inbound marketing leads
- Work with marketing teams on content creation for new programs

SDR CAMPAIGNS**
- Run A-B testing on Outreach sequences across our entire SDR content library to track and improve open, click and reply rates
- Analyse Outreach sentiment data to fine-tune sequences for the highest positive response rate and lowest negative/unsubscribe rate.
- Define content for objection handling
- Update key stakeholders on campaigns and results

SDR OUTREACH CONTENT STRATEGIST**
- Responsible for the entire SDR Outreach library and content strategy for their respective geo
- Create sequences, templates and snippets following best-practices while ensuring high conversion rates and low unsubscribes
- Audit content to ensure messaging, links amd attachments are up-to-date and relevant
- Manage libraries, collections, smart views for all SDR content
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to add additional content

**Required Experience**:

- Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn
- SDR experience

**Preferred Experience**
- Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Lusha
- SDR Manager experience, content writer, Outreach administration, project management, any type of prior sales or marketing role, any type of role requiring working cross-functionally.
