Global Solutions Business Development- Automotive

**About the Role**:
The Global Solutions Business Development for **Automotive OEMs **will be a key part of the Global Solutions Business Development team at NXP Semiconductors. This team, composed of highly skilled technical resources adept in customer interaction, is primarily responsible for identifying global industry pain points and transforming them into solution requests. The Business Development will play a crucial role in this process, working closely with global regional resources and top industry leaders.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in an OEM Technical Marketing role or similar within the Automotive industry, with a strong emphasis on technical aspects.
- Deep understanding of automotive software challenges and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel for market research, conferences, and customer meetings.
