**Job Description**:
In this role you will:

- Build communication strategies and plans
- Directly support several countries with implementing and scaling internal and external communication means
- Manage a network of country communications managers worldwide, providing tools and guidance
- Measure results and contribute to continuous improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant higher education (Marketing, Communication or similar)
- Solid experience in developing and implementing country communication strategies
- Proven track record of managing media relation as well a managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Leadership skills with an ability to build trust and empowerment across countries
- Strong commercial mindset and proactive problem solver
- Project management experience would be an advantage
- Fluent English language skills. Additional European Language is a plus
