**Unternehmensbeschreibung**
Als HR Operations Lead unterstützt Du ein kleines HR-Admin-Team und berätst Manager und Mitarbeiter zu verschiedenen HR-Themen. Gemeinsam mit dem globalen HR-Operations-Team gestaltest Du die weitere Expansion unseres HR Shared Service Centers. Du unterstützt die Optimierung und Implementierung standardisierter, globaler Prozessstrukturen und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe aller HR-relevanten Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft. Die Position bietet Dir viele kreative Möglichkeiten in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld, Raum für eigenständiges Handeln und die Möglichkeit, vollständig remote zu arbeiten.** Dies ist eine 18-monatige befristete Stelle als Mutterschaftsvertretung für die aktuelle Stelleninhaberin.**
**Stellenbeschreibung** Deine Aufgaben**:

- Coache und entwickle ein kleines HR-Admin-Team, manage die Arbeitslast des Teams und eskaliere Risiken und Probleme mit Lösungen an den Shared Services Manager
- Fördere und gewährleiste standardisierte, skalierbare globale Prozesse
- Verwalte und unterstütze den gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus, einschließlich On
- und Offboarding, erstelle alle Vertragsdokumente und organisiere, administriere und führe Mitarbeiter-Einführungsprogramme sowie Mitarbeiter-Personalakten durch
- Stelle die korrekte Abwicklung der Personalverwaltung für verschiedene LGC-Unternehmen in Deutschland und Europa sicher
- Berate Mitarbeiter und Manager zu operativen und administrativen HR-Themen und bearbeite allgemeine rechtliche Anfragen
- Manage Beziehungen zu Drittanbietern, einschließlich Agenturen und professionellen Dienstleistungen
- Erstelle Ad-hoc-HR-Statistiken/Berichte und unterstütze den monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnungsprozess für den Bereich

**Qualifikationen** Das bringst du mit**:

- Solide **Erfahrung mit der Gehaltsabrechnung und als HR-/Spezialist*in** mit der Fähigkeit, Prozesseffizienzen und Verbesserungen für die gesamte Region zu führen
- Proaktive Einstellung, nachweisliches Engagement und sich wohl fühlen in einem dynamischen und komplexen Arbeitsumfeld
- Ausgezeichnete Aufmerksamkeit für Details und hohe Genauigkeit bei der Arbeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Arbeitslasten zu verwalten, zu organisieren und zu koordinieren
- Computerkompetenz, idealerweise Erfahrung in HR-Systemen wie Workday/Oracle/SAP HR sowie MS Office
- Ausgezeichnete **Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse**

**Zusätzliche Informationen** Dies ist eine 18-monatige befristete Stelle als Mutterschaftsvertretung für die aktuelle Stelleninhaberin.**
