**Your mission**:

- Be a solid and trustworthy business partner to our VP, representing them both internally and externally and championing our company values while displaying extremely solid gatekeeping skills and managing matters of a highly confidential nature with sensitivity and tact.
- Lead a small team of Team Assistants through all aspects of the performance management cycle, including annual planning, mid-year and annual performance reviews, objective assessment and proactive performance management, providing formal and informal feedback and coaching on an ongoing basis. Identify and mobilise opportunities for Team Assistant development through formal learning opportunities, experiences and coaching. Oversee and participate in recruitment of Executive Assistants and Team Assistant as needed.
- Partner with the business to understand and forecast business requirements for administrative support by having the ability to quickly understand key stakeholders, as well as build relationships within the wider business to help facilitate our VP’s goals and priorities and to effectively deliver seamless administrative support service to the business.
- Proactively monitor service quality and delivery, responding to and taking action upon stakeholder feedback around team effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and work efficiently and independently, juggling various tasks simultaneously as well as identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced service delivery.
- Understand and enjoy the ‘high pressure’ nature of the role, demonstrating an inherent ability to support and communicate with team members across different service lines, geographies/time zones, and cultures.

**The heroic skills**:

- Minimum of 6 years of work experience, supporting senior management or in a project management position.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of business.
- Ability to strategically identify and set expectations.
- Ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and written) at all levels to achieve positive outcomes, with a demonstrated ability to persuasively facilitate opposing views.
- Proactive in problem solving and ability to quickly understand / adapt to change and conflicting priorities of stakeholders.
- A resilient nature with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Good intuition and the ability to work independently, managing ad-hoc projects with mínimal instruction and supervision.
- Actively supporting Delivery Hero’s vision and strategies including embracing and promoting change, and communicating and executing on challenging decisions.
