Do you have a strong interest in the cannabis industry and want to grow with a dynamic, customer-focused CBD start-up? Then join us as an Intern at Customer Success Italy
Tasks
- Support and provide advice to our customers on their orders and general questions.
- You are responsible for a smooth customer experience and continuously develop it further
- Communication with our logistics partner in Italy and ensure that everything runs smoothly
- You are the contact person for our operations team in all matters relating to customer support (Italy)
**Requirements**:
- You want to get to know the area of Customer Success and gain experience
- You are solution-oriented, show a self-reliant way of working and are convincing in multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to listen well and understand the needs of customers
- Empathy is one of your strengths
- You have very good communication skills in written and spoken Italian as well as in English
- Nice to have: Experience in the field of Customer Success
