Become our Director Revenue (f/d/m) and seize the opportunity to shape a high-performing sales and marketing team. Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to further drive our fast revenue growth and refine our go-to-market motion. Leverage your sharp analytical skills and leadership experience to play a crucial role in solidifying Flowers' presence in the market and accelerating our business expansion. As an essential member of our leadership team, you'll wield significant influence in defining the future of our cutting-edge platform.
**YOUR MISSION**:
- Refine and improve our existing go-to-market strategy from positioning to expansion and from lead generation to closing.
- Lead and cultivate a dynamic team, nurturing individual talents to achieve unparalleled success in the competitive B2B landscape.
- Immerse yourself in market dynamics and competition to make data-driven decisions on “where to play and how to win”.
- Spearhead the creation of tailored sales and marketing campaigns, forging meaningful connections with our target B2B and SMB audience.
- Ensure best-in-class CRM hygiene to create to effectively monitor and optimize revenue KPIs, driving continuous improvement and exceptional performance.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies, particularly within the B2B Software sector (SaaS), with a focus on SMB customers.
- Inspiring leadership style, driving teams to surpass sales targets and excel in their roles.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, with the ability to integrate current trends into strategic planning.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales and marketing data, KPIs, and market research to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, fostering internal collaboration and external relationships essential for company growth.
